Our Process

1 - Quote

Send us your shipment details and we will get you an all in quote and compare it to traditional ocean or air shipping as well. It's helpful if you have a packing list, hts code, and invoice value to get the most accurate comparisons. Our ocean+express and air+express quotes are always the all-in, bottom line price including all fees and include duties and tariff.

2 - Book

If you decide to book, we will do all the arranging with your manufacturer including pick up from the factory or at the port depending on your shipping agreement, get the ocean or air freight booked, do all the processing through the US warehouse including clearing customs, and set up the delivery to your door.

3 - Updates

We will keep you updated throughout the process on where your shipment is at and when you can expect it to be delivered. If you have any questions along the way, don’t hesitate to reach out to us personally and we will be available via email, text, or phone.

4 - Delivery

Once the shipment is processed through the US warehouse we will give you the details on your shipment’s delivery so you can be expecting it and be prepared for it. Some shipments come via FedEx and UPS and others are delivered by truck just depending on what works best for your shipment.

To get a quote we need shipment details like gross weight, number of cartons, CBM, and product description.

It is helpful if you have a packing list. We can also calculate other shipping options like traditional LCL and full container quotes to compare with.

For LCL and full container quotes it is helpful to have an invoice and HTS code so we can estimate duties and tariff so that you can compare bottom lines.

How is Ocean+Express and Air+Express different from traditional ocean and air shipping?

How we are different

These shipments cross the ocean using the same methods - either air freight or ocean container and then are processed through e-commerce warehouses in the US that have been established for processing commerce from China.

These warehouses initially did shipments from Amazon FBA, and other large ecommerce companies like Temu and Shein have created an alternate way of clearing customs by processing each carton individually rather than as a large shipment that are now used for other shipments as well.

From there, it is shipped from the warehouse to your door via FedEx or UPS or by truck depending on the various factors of the specific shipment.
